After verifying all the details, we will send you a confirmation email.
Step 3. Return the parcel.
After receiving the confirmation email, customer can return the parcel to SHOW FASHION warehouse and attention to E-Commerce department.

1. Can I refund in cash? (in any condition)
No, we apologize that we can't able provide the cash refund with any reasons.
2. I found a defect on my item after I've already washed it. Can I exchange?
We're unable to exchange your item caused it has been washed. Please make sure check your item upon receive.
3. Can I change to other size?
No, all the measurement have been providing in the description box so kindly refer it before placing the order.
4. I feel that colour is different from the website.
Please allow some colour variation in real product due to the lighting or camera used. It may appear darker or lighter.
